Education:
1980-1985, Goritsy State Pedagogical Institute named after Baratashvili.
1985-1989, postgraduate study at the Institute of Russian Language of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
Defended her dissertation in 1989. Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, received the title of associate professor in 2006.

Before 1999 – YSU Research Institute, Armenpress, National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia (Committee on State and Legal Affairs).
