BOOK FESTIVAL AT THE RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN UNIVERSITY

The poet’s birthday became a real book festival.

February 19, the birthday of the great poet Hovhannes Tumanyan, has been declared a book-giving day. Every year, on February 19, the day is celebrated on the initiative of the lecturers of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature of the Armenian-Russian University. This year was no exception. Students of the specialties of “Communication Design”, “Regional Studies”, “Management” (lecturer N. Iskandaryan) and “Linguistics” (lecturer G. Gevorgyan) of the Armenian-Russian University surprised their friends on the occasion of the 156th anniversary of the great Armenian poet by giving each other their favorite books.
